Clem is the founder and program director of Pono Athletics softball and brings over 15+ years of coaching experience in both baseball and softball at all levels. Clem is headed into his 5th season as the Varsity Head Assistant baseball coach at Desert Ridge High School. Nothing excites Clem more than inspiring the love for the game to young athletes in our community.

Dani has a huge love for this game. From watching her dad and grandpa play to playing in middle and high school, this game has always been a part of her life. She began coaching her daughter in rec league a few years ago and has since been coaching with Pono. Her favorite part of coaching is being a part of mentoring these amazing girls as they develop into athletes.
Davis has been a part of the softball/baseball world for most of his life. He played baseball from little league to the D1 collegiate level. Davis has been a part of the softball/baseball world for most of his life. He played baseball from little league to the D1 collegiate level. After his time of playing, he coached for a local HS baseball team going back-to-back as State Champions. Over the next 10 years he continued to coach baseball, as well as softball, for his younger siblings and children. Helping players understand the basic concepts of the game and reaching their potential is what keeps him motivated to inspire the next generation.

Gary grew up playing baseball and has a deep love for the sport. He started coaching his daughter in softball 6 years ago. His favorite part of coaching is bringing out their skill set and boosting their confidence level in the sport. Gary and his wife, Tabitha, along with their 2 children (Summer and Turner) have lived in Arizona for the last two years after moving from Oregon.

Ky played club ball in AZ from 12U-18U and played varsity ball for Hamilton High (winning championships in 2016 & 2017 & runner up2018). Ky went on to play in Kansas for 2 years, then back here in AZ for a year and a half. Her senior year of college she started her coaching journey! From the age of 15 she helped coaching girls of all age

After college she was an assistant coach for an 18U - Gold club team, followed by assisting on a 14U Club team before taking over as a head coach. Ky has passion for the game and teaches with that same passion. She is a great motivator that wants to pass knowledge down to the next generation of great athletes.
